Does Your Property Require a Certificate of Appropriateness?
All properties zoned HR1, HR2, HR3, HC, HPD, HPD-BH, CBD-1 and CBD-2 are located in a design review district. An application for Certificate of Appropriateness and the issuance of the zoning compliance must be obtained prior to beginning construction on any portion of the structure visible from the street and or any public right of way. This includes any work anticipated in the rear or side property.
