NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETINGS

The Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct several special called meetings based on the schedule below. The Commission plans to close each meeting to the public and go into executive session to discuss personnel matters related to the hiring of a new Executive Director. The special called meetings are scheduled is as follows:

Tuesday January 4, 6:00 PM | Dinner meeting at Downtown Grill, 562 Mulberry St. Ln.; Wednesday January 5, 10:00 AM – Formal interview with candidate at the Sports Hall of Fame, 301 Cherry St.; Lunch with the Design Review Board at Barefoot Tavern, 468 Second St. at 11:30 AM.

Thursday January 6, 6:00 PM | Dinner meeting at Downtown Grill, 562 Mulberry St. Ln.; Friday January 7, 10:00 AM – Formal interview with candidate at the Sports Hall of Fame, 301 Cherry St.; Lunch with the Design Review Board at Barefoot Tavern, 468 Cherry St. at 11:30 AM.
