The Macon-Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission (MBPZ) has selected Jeffrey C. Ruggieri, AICP, as executive director after a national search.

We have a special called meeting for Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 3:00 PM in the MBPZ Conference Room to vote on the appointment of the agency's new Executive Director.

There has been a schedule change to the Monday December 2nd Connect 2050 Open House.

Instead of the event taking place in-person at The Theron Ussery Recreation Center (815 N. Macon Park Drive), the meeting will take place online starting at 5:30pm.
