The Monday, December 11, 2017 meeting of the Macon-Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission was held in the 10th Floor Conference Room, Willie C. Hill Government Center Annex, 682 Cherry Street, beginning at 1:30 p.m.

The Pre-meeting of the Macon-Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission will be held in the 10th Floor Conference Room, located in the Willie C. Hill City Hall Annex, 682 Cherry Street, beginning at 12:09 p.m. The purpose of the pre-meeting was to discuss administrative business and to obtain information from staff regarding scheduled agenda items.


Approval of November 13, 2017 minutes: The minutes for the November 13th hearing and pre-meeting were approved as submitted. (1st Scott, 2nd Patel)

ITEMS DEFERRED FROM NOVEMBER 13, 2017:

  1. 6420 GRANTHAM DRIVE: In violation of the Comprehensive Land Development Resolution by failing to comply with the Commission regarding covered container pole barn, Chris Bryant. Deferred. Commission will set a revocation hearing on 1.22.17 (1st Scott, 2nd Patel)

ITEMS DEFERRED FROM PRIOR MEETING:

  1. An Amendment to Chapter 27A of the Comprehensive Land Development Resolution for the City of Macon and Bibb County, Georgia regarding parking of vehicles on lawns visible from public right-of-way. REZONINGS:

  1. 972 WESLEYAN DRIVE: Proposal to rezone from PDR, Planned Development Residential District to PDE, Planned Development Extraordinary District.
